Family Music for Babies (FMB)

This class offers adults the opportunity to play with their babies in a musical setting. The babies’ musical aptitudes are nourished as they hear and experience musical and rhythmic activities. The singing, dancing, bouncing, and rocking lay the foundation for beat awareness, vocal production, and aural discrimination.
Family Music for Toddlers (FMT)
Sing with Me; Dance with Me; Play with Me; Clap with Me

A program designed to give the joy of music and movement to toddlers. Activities include singing, dancing, focused listening, and simple instrument playing, creating an environment in which the child’s musical aptitude is nurtured and skills are developed. (FMX uses the same curriculum but is adapted to accommodate mixed ages.)
Cycle of Seasons (CYS)
Fall; Winter; Spring; Summer
3-5 Years Old

Build on the three to five year old child’s growing independence and increased competencies with activities focused on the seasons of the year. Participate actively in learning songs, listening and movement activities, and stories that build on the young child’s need for language and creative expression.
Music Makers at Home (MMH)

Learn to guide the musical development of children ages four to seven through singing, creative and structured movement, playing instruments, ear training, and guided listening, as well as a developmentally based approach to music literacy that builds on symbolic thinking, concentration, memory, and self expression. Carefully sequenced lessons build ensemble and instrument playing skills and introduce age appropriate musical notation.
God’s Children Sing (GCS)

Learn how the principles of teaching music and movement are applied to Christian repertoire and stories. This program uses Bible stories and weaves together songs, creative movement, and dramatic play. Different stories, songs, and activities are explored each semester.
Nature Trail (NT)

Nature Trail is a camp for children ages four to seven. Activities combine music and nature. Each 90-minute class will include music, outside exploration, instrument playing, craft and snack. Materials include: parent book, CD, nature cards and tools for exploration in a cloth bag.
Recreational Music & Movement

Children learn best through moving and listening. Music immerses the child in language, evokes movement, stimulates the brain and fosters physical coordination. Our music and movement classes are non-competitive, recreational, creative experiences for your child. Watch as your child develops in their self-expression, music playing, social interaction, language, coordination, impulse control, confidence & creativity.
